Requirements to earn the certification are: Be a member in good standing with NAR (you must bring your nine digit NRDS number to class with you), attend the one day class and pass the 30 question, multiple choice, closed book exam.  Listen to 3 one hour webinars (no fee) and complete the membership application form and pay the “one time” fee of $175.00.Webinars are now available for viewing at www.realtorsfr.org/webinars.html
